The first step- Lot Selection:
With her Real Estate background, Nikki has a working knowledge of prime property in Omaha. If you do not already own a lot, we will help you locate one that suits your needs.
Step 2- Home Plans:
This is where custom begins. If you have firm ideas about style, size and elevations we can develop a plan for you. If you have only the vaguest notion of what you want, we can develop a plan for you. We then work with area architects to tailor your plan. From there we develop a projected price for your home.
Step 3- Building begins:
Building begins, but communication continues. Throughout the entire process we seek your input and approval. Our unique approach to contracts and payments assures that you will never be surprised by the cost of your home.
